本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、ルービックキューブ（CFOP）練習用 Web アプリ 「Cuberange」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリを利用することで、 本規約に同意したものとみなします。個人情報の取り扱いは プライバシーポリシーに定めます。
1. 本アプリについて
本アプリは、個人が趣味で提供する無償のアプリです。商用サービスではなく、いかなる保証も 伴わず「現状有姿（as-is）」で提供されます。
2. ご利用の条件
16 歳未満の方は、保護者の同意を得たうえでご利用ください。
3. データとバックアップ
本アプリはローカルファースト設計で、練習データは原則としてお使いの端末内に保存されます。 ブラウザのストレージ消去・端末の故障・OS の容量逼迫などによりデータが失われる可能性が あります。重要なデータは、エクスポート機能や（任意の）クラウド同期・バックアップを用いて、 ご自身で定期的に保全してください。
4. 可用性とサービスの終了
本アプリおよび付随するクラウド機能は、無償の基盤の上で提供しており、予告なく停止・中断する ことがあります。継続的な可用性は保証されません。
本アプリの提供を終了する場合は、データをエクスポートしていただけるよう、可能な限り事前に 本アプリまたは本ページでお知らせします。終了後、クラウド上のデータは削除します。 端末内のデータは、お使いの端末に残ります。
5. 禁止事項
法令に違反する行為、本アプリやその基盤（認証・バックエンド・配信）に対する不正アクセス・ 過度な負荷・改ざん・リバースエンジニアリングによる悪用を行わないでください。
6. 免責
本アプリの利用または利用不能から生じた損害（データの喪失を含む）について、提供者は責任を 負いません。ただし、提供者の故意または重大な過失による損害については、この限りではありません。
7. 本規約の変更
本規約は必要に応じて改定することがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、本ページ上で最終更新日を 更新してお知らせします。
8. 準拠法と管轄
本規約は日本法に準拠します。本アプリに関して紛争が生じた場合は、運営者の住所地を管轄する 地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of "Cuberange" (the "App"), a web app for practising the Rubik's Cube (CFOP method). By using the App, you agree to these Terms. How personal information is handled is described in the Privacy Policy.
1. About the App
The App is a free, personal hobby project. It is not a commercial service and is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind.
2. Eligibility
If you are under 16, please use the App with the consent of a parent or guardian.
3. Data and backups
The App is local-first: your practice data is stored primarily on your own device. Data may be lost due to clearing browser storage, device failure, or storage pressure on your OS. Please safeguard important data yourself by using the export feature or the optional cloud sync and backup.
4. Availability and discontinuation
The App and its optional cloud features run on free-tier infrastructure and may be suspended or interrupted without notice. Continuous availability is not guaranteed.
If the App is discontinued, we will announce it in advance in the App or on this page where possible, so that you can export your data. After discontinuation, cloud data will be deleted. Data on your device remains on your device.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use the App for any unlawful purpose, and do not abuse the App or its infrastructure (authentication, backend, delivery) through unauthorised access, excessive load, tampering, or reverse engineering.
6. Limitation of liability
The provider shall not be liable for any damages (including data loss) arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App, except for damages caused by the provider's wilful misconduct or gross negligence.
7. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be noted by updating the "Last updated" date on this page.
8. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute relating to the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction, in the first instance, of the district court having jurisdiction over the operator's place of residence.
