本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、ルービックキューブ（CFOP）練習用 Web アプリ 「Cuberange」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリを利用することで、 本規約に同意したものとみなします。
1. 本アプリについて
本アプリは、個人が趣味で提供する無償のアプリです。商用サービスではなく、いかなる保証も 伴わず「現状有姿（as-is）」で提供されます。
2. データとバックアップ
本アプリはローカルファースト設計で、練習データは原則としてお使いの端末内に保存されます。 ブラウザのストレージ消去・端末の故障・OS の容量逼迫などによりデータが失われる可能性が あります。重要なデータは、エクスポート機能や（任意の）クラウドバックアップを用いて、 ご自身で定期的に保全してください。データ喪失について本アプリは責任を負いません。
3. 可用性
本アプリおよび付随するクラウド機能は、無償基盤の上で提供されており、予告なく停止・中断・ 終了することがあります。継続的な可用性は保証されません。
4. 禁止事項
法令に違反する行為、本アプリやその基盤（認証・バックエンド・配信）に対する不正アクセス・ 過度な負荷・改ざん・リバースエンジニアリングによる悪用を行わないでください。
5. 免責
本アプリの利用または利用不能から生じるいかなる損害（データ喪失を含む）についても、適用 法令が許容する最大限の範囲で、提供者は責任を負いません。
6. 本規約の変更
本規約は必要に応じて改定することがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、本ページ上で最終更新日を 更新してお知らせします。

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of "Cuberange" (the "App"), a web app for practising the Rubik's Cube (CFOP method). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. About the App
The App is a free, personal hobby project. It is not a commercial service and is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind.
2. Data and backups
The App is local-first: your practice data is stored primarily on your own device. Data may be lost due to clearing browser storage, device failure, or storage pressure on your OS. Please safeguard important data yourself by using the export feature or the optional cloud backup. The App is not responsible for data loss.
3. Availability
The App and its optional cloud features run on free-tier infrastructure and may be suspended, interrupted, or discontinued at any time without notice. Continuous availability is not guaranteed.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use the App for any unlawful purpose, and do not abuse the App or its infrastructure (authentication, backend, delivery) through unauthorised access, excessive load, tampering, or reverse engineering.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the provider shall not be liable for any damages (including data loss) arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.
6. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be noted by updating the "Last updated" date on this page.
